Details: It is known that a few days ago the panel of judges of the Supreme Court rejected the cassation appeals of the Kyiv OVA and the State Institution “National Military Memorial Cemetery”. The court confirmed the decision of the previous instances, by which the land was seized for the memorial complex was found illegal. This decision effectively stops construction at this location.

“Magyar”, the 1st Assault Regiment and the DSHV issued statements criticizing this decision. It is worth noting that this first reports about NVMK on their pages since creation.

Brovdi’s direct speech: “I’m listening to the debriefing, and I receive the following from the brigade’s lawyer: the decision of the Supreme Court, after the decision of the Kyiv District Court, recognized as illegal the transfer of a plot of land to the National Military Memorial Cemetery in the Kyiv region, where dead soldiers have been buried since the summer of last year…

… Gentlemen in robes! Next, there should be a bunch of letters addressed to the judges in French, and with a sexual orientation, with appeals to come to their senses, with threats to return and the like. Y*h you guessed it, stewards of fate. A barking dog does not bite. Remember that folk proverb very well. And live with it, you scumbags.

I promised I would not get involved in politics.

I did not promise that we would tolerate ugliness and insults to the memory of our fallen soldiers. We remember everyone by name. Heroes and offenders”.

Literally VAT: “We respect the laws of Ukraine, because we are fighting for a legal and just state. However, we are convinced that justice cannot exist in isolation from morality and national interests...

Unfortunately, one gets the impression that not all officials and representatives of the judicial branch of government remember that there is a war going on in Ukraine. Every Ukrainian who today has the opportunity to work in a safe office or live in a peaceful city owes an unpaid debt to those who protect this right at the cost of their own lives. We call for an immediate solution to the situation so that the memory of the defenders of Ukraine is properly honored and not buried under piles of court papers“.

Literally 1 assault regiment: “Courts can and should clarify the legal nuances of land use. But any encroachment on the commemoration of fallen soldiers, which has already been carried out, is inadmissible. The memory is not canceled by decrees. The fallen are not “carried over” – they are honored.”

We will remind: In August 5 unknown soldiers were buried at the National Military Memorial Cemetery (NVMK) for the first time.
