Details: The name of the suspect is traditionally not called, but according to the source of the UP in law enforcement agencies, it is about the first deputy director of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the KSCA executive body Alexander Yastrubenko.
Literally: “According to the case file, the first deputy director of one of the departments of the KSCA is suspected of unjustified registration of 2 disability groups.
This certificate allowed him to receive the Armor from the call, as well as regular social payments from the state, which are provided for such a disability group. ”
More details: It is reported that, in particular, during 2023 – 2024 the official illegally received UAH 170 thousand in the form of compensation for alleged “partial loss of legal capacity”.
As the investigation has established, for the registration of fictitious disability, the official forged the data of medical research on his own, in particular “deteriorated” indicators of echocardiography, which allegedly indicated a serious disease of the cardiovascular system.
Then the person transferred to a fake to one of the city hospitals of the capital, which became the basis for the conclusion to the MSEC.
In investigative actions, materials that indicate the fake nature of the documents they submitted were found.
Currently, the KSCA official has been informed of suspicion of the CC. 1, 3, 4 tbsp. 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (forgery of documents, seals, stamps and forms, sale or use of counterfeit documents, seals, stamps).
The investigation is ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the crime. The attacker faces up to 5 years in prison.
In addition, information about the possible involvement in the “scheme” of other officials is checked.
