Technological noise in Kyiv, which was heard on the morning of November 20, is connected with the operation of a “large thermal source” on the right bank of the city, the Kyiv City State Administration claims.
“This is an integral part of the production process, as we are talking about large-scale equipment,” the message says.
KMDA noted that more detailed information is not provided for security reasons, but emphasized that the situation “does not pose any threat or risk – it is a controlled production process.”
Around eight in the morning, a strong buzzing began in Kyiv. By this time, the anxiety that had lasted since the night had already ended.
