Details: The paper notes that the Palestinian Authority confirmed their deaths and the West Bank General Administration of Civil Affairs identified the men as 26-year-old Al-Muntasir Mahmoud Kassem Abdullah and 37-year-old Youssef Ali Youssef Asasa.

According to the IDF, both men were wanted on suspicion of terrorist activities.
The IDF said it acted in conjunction with border police to detain two individuals who belonged to a “terrorist organization operating in Jenin” and accused them of throwing explosive devices and shooting at defense forces.
In a joint statement, the IDF and the Israeli police said that “after they left the building, fire was opened on the wanted persons.”
“The incident is currently being investigated by field commanders and will be handed over to the appropriate authorities,” the IDF said in a statement.
The Israeli army launched a large-scale military operation in the West Bank on Wednesday, during which Israeli forces searched “more than 220 sites, interrogated dozens of people and arrested “several wanted persons,” according to an earlier IDF statement.
Far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir praised the Israeli army and police after the incident.
