Eight pages, which were probably prepared by US State Department staff and accidentally left, contained the exact places and time of the summit, as well as phone numbers of US government employees.

It was also revealed that Trump intended to give Putin a solemn gift – a statuette of American white -headed Orlan.
The pages 2-5 listed the names and phone numbers of three US employees, as well as the names of 13 American and Russian officials. The list included phonetic transcriptions of the names of all Russian men who were to be present at the summit, including “Mr. President Poo-Tihn” (Mr. President Putin).
The pages 6 and 7 of the package described how the lunch will be served at the summit and for whom. The menu included in the documents indicated that the lunch would be held “in honor of his highly respectedness of Vladimir Putin.”
According to the guest placement plan, Putin and Trump were to sit opposite each other during the lunch. Trump had to be accompanied by six officials: on the right side – Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Defense Minister Pete Hegset and the head of the White House Administration Susie Wiles, and on the left – the Minister of Finance Scott Bessent, the Minister of Commerce Howard Lutnik and a special Vithof. Putin would sit next to his foreign minister, Sergei Lavrov and Presidential Assistant to Foreign Policy Yuri Ushakov. According to the documents, the lunch should be simple, of three dishes.
