Nutrition of children in shelters: The government has made changes to the resolution

About it reported Government representative in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk.
Such changes were made to Resolution No. 305 “On approval of the norm and procedure for organizing food in educational establishments and children’s health and recreation establishments”.
If children last ate more than 4 hours ago and are in shelter where they cannot be provided with full hot food, they were allowed to feed finished products.
These are chilled dishes, drinks and culinary products, including industrial production and from the range of buffet.
That is, in such cases it is possible not to follow the consumption of the main groups of products in full.
Changes relate to:
- educational institutions that work in the field and in a mixed form;
- children’s health and recreation facilities;
- institutions of social protection.
We will remind, since 2026 meals in schools will become free For all students – from grade 1 to 11.
