The adopted resolution applies only to the State Contracts with domestic producers for the supply of UAVs, the means of tactical levels and components to them.
The price in the contract can be changed if technical, technological and engineering solutions have been changed that will allow to obtain improved results of the ordered equipment. These changes should be confirmed by appropriate justification.
In order to prevent corruption risks, the resolution provides only a one -time increase in the contract price exclusively at the request of the state customer and with the obligatory provision of a new price to the contractor. At the same time, the price increase is allowed no more than 20% of the initial price of the State Contact.
At the same time, the amount of profit of the executor of the state contract should be no more than 25%, as provided for in the resolution No. 1275. The change in the price of the contract is not applied to contracts concluded by the procurement using framework transactions, which are made in view of the tactical and technical characteristics of unmanned aid or tactical levels.
Recall that recently it became known about the introduction of a bill in the Verkhovna Rada, which provides for the possibility for weapons to avoid persecution for crimes committed in the execution of defense contracts. Moreover, it is proposed to release the representatives of the defense from responsibility for crimes that were committed before the law.
