According to the government, increasing the booking level from 50% to 75% will reduce the shortage of public utilities and ensure the smooth operation of critical objects in wartime. Such enterprises also mitigate the requirements for the criteria for the amount of wages of employees for whom the booking is provided.
“On the grounds of the enterprise often work on the verge of opportunities due to a personnel deficit. Without experienced professionals, locksmiths, operators and sufficient repair crews, it becomes extremely difficult to keep networks in good condition, ”said Konstantin Kovalchuk, Deputy Minister of Community Development and Territories.
On April 1, all the bookings of employees, drawn up according to the old rules, have lost their validity. The deferral is only valid for those companies that have managed to update the status of criticality and to release employees, the Ministry of Economy reported. New applications will be considered within 72 hours, and all bookings are carried out through the Action Portal.
The legislation of Ukraine provides for the mobilization of conscripts aged 25 to 60 years.
