The General Staff of the Armed Forces: since the beginning of the day, more than 200 combat clashes have taken place at the front

Since the beginning of the day, there have been 211 combat clashes at the front, most of them in the Pokrovsky and Kurakhiv directions, according to the evening summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on November 30.

“The enemy tried 46 times to penetrate our defense in the Pokrovsky direction. Since the beginning of the day, the occupiers attacked in the areas of the settlements of Myrolyubivka, Promin, Myrnograd, Lysivka, Krasny Yar, Dachenske, Zhovte, Chumatske, Elizavetivka and Novy Trud… The enemy is suffering significant losses – according to preliminary information, today our soldiers destroyed more than 250 occupiers, 160 of them are irrevocable,” the Armed Forces say.

According to the headquarters, in the direction of Kurakhiv, Russian forces attacked the positions of Ukrainian troops near Sontsivka, Berestki, Zora, Novodmytrivka, Kurakhovo, Dachny, Dalny, Katerynivka, Romanivka, Antonivka, Hanivka, Elizavetivka, and Uspenivka.

“On the Lymanskyi direction, the invading army attacked 19 times in the areas of Grekivka, Druzhelyubivka, Novoyehorivka, Zarichny, Terniv, and Torsky. In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy’s activity resulted in 16 combat clashes near the settlements of Chasiv Yar, Predtechine and Stupochka,” the message reads.

Russian troops also attacked in the Kharkiv, Kupyan, Toretsk, Vremiv and Dnieper directions.

Russian troops advanced to the center of Kurakhovo from the east, the DeepState project reported on the night of November 29.

The road north to Berestki is in the gray zone, and in the village itself, Russian troops managed to gain a foothold earlier – on November 26, according to the DeepState map.

Thus, the Russian army is moving in the direction of the N-15 Donetsk-Zaporizhia route, which plays an important role for logistics and the possible withdrawal of the Armed Forces from Kurakhovo.

Against this background, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrsky assured that the units of the Defense Forces in the Pokrovsky and Kurakhiv directions will be additionally provided with reserves, ammunition, weapons and military equipment. This was announced by the head of state on November 29, after visiting units and units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donetsk region.
