The forces of unmanned systems for the first time in Ukraine presented a laser weapon “Trizub” (video)

For the first time, the Trizub laser weapons were presented in Ukraine, according to the appropriate test of the tests, which was published by the Commander of the Forces of Unmanned Systems Vadim Sukharevsky.

According to him, the installation is able to destroy drones and aviation equipment up to 5000 meters.

The video says that the Ukrainian laser can destroy:

  • shock drones, aviation, winged and ballistic missiles up to 3000 m;
  • Helicopters, planes and reconnaissance drones – up to 5000 m.

In addition, the laser can be used to dazzle drones, winged missiles, helicopters and aircraft up to 10,000 m.

Earlier, the government regulated the order of purchase of unmanned systems and edges of domestic production, which operates during martial law.

From the beginning of a full -scale invasion of the Russian Federation, Ukraine has been trying to increase its own production of weapons, partially producing it in conjunction with partners.

According to President Vladimir Zelensky, Ukraine already produces ammunition of the 155th caliber, long-range and sea drones. Prime Minister Denis Shmigal also reported that Ukraine is coming to “significant” volumes of production of artillery systems and armored vehicles.
