According to the investigation, on September 16, around 4:45 p.m., the armed forces of the Russian Federation carried out airstrikes on the city of Bogodukhiv.
“As a result of enemy shelling, the premises, machinery of the agricultural enterprise and at least 25 residential buildings and farm buildings were damaged. A 50-year-old woman suffered an acute reaction to stress,” the agency says.

Also, according to the prosecutor’s office, “at approximately 5:00 p.m., Russian troops shelled the village of Podola in the Kupyan district, a 63-year-old man was wounded. Private homes were damaged.”
“Under the procedural leadership of the Bogodukhiv and Kupyan district prosecutor’s offices of the Kharkiv region, pre-trial investigations have been launched into violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine),” the agency concluded.
The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions, in particular, the Kharkiv region, using various types of weapons – attack UAVs, missiles, anti-aircraft missiles, anti-aircraft missiles.
