The airline “Turkmenistan” has suspended flights on the route Ashgabat – Moscow – Ashgabat for a month. The airline performed them twice a week.
The reasons for the introduction of restrictions on flights to Russia are currently not specified.
Prior to this, four airlines have already suspended flights to some Russian cities. Among them are Azerbaijan Airlines, whose plane crashed on the route Baku – Grozny, as well as Kazakhstan’s Qazaq Air, Israel’s El Al and the UAE airline Flydubai.
