The fatter for the money tried to take out the mobilized from the training center – the source

Employees of the State Bureau of Investigation reported a suspicion of a serviceman of the state body of special purpose law enforcement agencies, who for money removed the mobilized from the training center in order to avoid the service.

In July 2025, the serviceman agreed through acquaintances in the military unit to withdraw the cadet from the territory of the w/h. He promised to pay $ 4,000 for such a service. He involved the deputy commander of the same part in the case. At a certain time, the officer took the young man outside the military object, where another accomplice was waiting for him in his car.

Law enforcement officers stopped the car moving towards Kiev and detained the mobilized and his “assistant”. The car found a service certificate, money, military uniforms and other documents.

The serviceman was suspected of granting a bribe (Part 1 of Article 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), and the cadet of the training center – in desertion (Part 1 of Article 408 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The deputy commander acted under the control of law enforcement. Investigators also check whether the detainee could be involved in the export of other people from military units and training centers in Chernihiv.

According to the prosecutor’s office, the suspect was elected a pre -trial detention measure without the possibility of bail.
