The EU has imposed sanctions against the personality of the investigation of “schemes” – the head of “UNARMIA” in the occupied Russian Federation of Zaporizhzhia region

On February 24, the European Union on the anniversary of the full-scale invasion of Russia on February 24 imposed sanctions against three functionaries of the Russian youth military-patriotic organization “UNARMIA”, which forms loyalty to the army of the Russian Federation in adolescents and prepares them for hostilities. It is about one of the leaders of “UNARMIA” Mikhail Galustyan, the former head of the so -called “General Staff” of the organization of Nikita Nikorny and the head of the regional headquarters in the occupied part of the Zaporizhzhya region Fidael Bikbulatov. The latter appeared in the investigation of “Schemes”, the project of Radio Liberty.

In November 2024, “Schemes” published material in which, with the help of exclusive documents of leakage from Russian occupation administrations, explored how the youth military-patriotic organization “UNARMIA” introduces militaristic ideology in the occupied territories of Ukraine, using schools and summer camps, Ukrainians, under the influence of this organization, become part of the Russian military machine and They find themselves in the ranks of the Russian army.

Journalists, in particular, found that Fidael Bikeltov is conducting for Ukrainian children who were in occupation, military parades and joint training with Russian soldiers – fighters of the volunteer battalion. During the preparation of this joint investigation, the schemes were associated with Fidael Bikbulatov. At that time, in his comment, he partially confirmed that in Russian “Junarmia” the militarization of children.

“The enemy is talking about militarization or that the young people are a tool of militarization. It may be partly true, of course. We want to see in the future so that they associate their lives with military service. We see potential in them, we expect that they will become servicemen. We prepare them, work with them, we want them to become military – the Ministry of Defense even grant the “Younarmians” benefits when entering – but all this is exclusively on a voluntary basis, ” – said Bikbulatov.

According to Ukrainian intelligence, the 30-year-old native of the Russian Ufa Bikbulatov participates “in an organized mechanism of mass abduction, illegal deportation and forced movement of Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to the Russian Federation.”

On the third anniversary of the full-scale invasion of Russia in Ukraine, the Council of EU approved a large-scale 16th package of economic and individual sanctions against the Russian Federation, consisting of 48 people and 35 organizations.
