“The EIB provided EUR 55 million in EU-guaranteed financing for the “Ukraine Recovery Program” for the reconstruction of hospitals, social housing, educational institutions, heating systems, water supply and drainage, as well as other critically important social infrastructure in 2025 and beyond.” – the message says.
As noted, funding will be directed to the implementation of 151 sub-projects planned within the framework of the program in Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Cherkasy and Chernihiv regions.
This contribution, which is part of the package of Emergency Solidarity Measures from the EIB for Ukraine, developed in cooperation with the European Commission, was indicated in the ministry.

According to the Ministry of Development, in 2024, several sub-projects were successfully completed within the framework of the “Ukraine Recovery Program”, including a water treatment plant in Bucha, Kyiv region, two schools in Vinnytsia region, a children’s infectious disease department in Zhytomyr region, and now a sewage pressure collector in Zhmerynka, Vinnytsia region.
