Updated 02:20. According to the head of the Kiev OVA Mykola Kalashnik, the consequences of the Russian attack were recorded in five districts of the region at 11 locations.

“Multi -storey buildings in Buchan and Fastiv districts have been damaged,” Kalashnik said.
