Details: During the night, the Russian army struck several objects of the energy infrastructure in Horishni Plavnyi. As a result, there is no electricity, water and heat in the city. The city goes into a state of emergency.

Maletsky reported that due to enemy strikes, there is currently no electricity supply in the entire territory of Kremenchuk.

Oblenergo reported that a special schedule of emergency shutdowns was applied in Poltava Oblast in connection with a massive missile and drone attack by the Russian Federation. This was done to prevent disruption of the unified energy system of Ukraine.
