On the afternoon of January 19, a 24-year-old man was killed as a result of shelling of the village of Chervony Mayak by the Russian army.
“About 2:00 p.m., the Red Lighthouse came under enemy artillery fire. As a result of the shelling, a 24-year-old man was fatally wounded,” the message reads.
Prokudin added that the man was outside at the time of the shooting.
