Damage to the building where diplomatic institutions are located
Currently, the Ukrainian side is already assessing the level of damage and dealing with the liquidation of the consequences of the attack on diplomatic institutions, since the building is on the balance sheet of the General Directorate for the Service of Diplomatic Missions, Tykhy explained.
“This is an absolutely barbaric attack and blow by Russia on diplomatic institutions. You know that everywhere in the world, well, this is the crossing of all possible red lines, international rules in general – these are strikes on diplomatic missions. Russia once again confirms its status as an absolute barbarian. But this, once again, is another reminder of the barbaric Russian aggression against Ukraine, in particular for people in these countries,” added the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
