The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, appointed Serhiy Kyslytsa as the first deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.

The corresponding document No. 14/2026 was published on the website of the President of Ukraine.

Also, the representative of the government in the parliament, Taras Melnychuk, informed in a telegram that today the government dismissed Kyslytsa from the position of the first deputy minister of foreign affairs of Ukraine.

Earlier, Zelenskyi announced these personnel changes. On January 3, he discussed with Kyslytsia the details of diplomatic work and the possibility of strengthening this direction in the President’s Office, namely “ensuring communication with partners at the highest level, developing bilateral work and synchronizing with the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.” According to Zelenskyi, Kyslytsia “will continue to work in the negotiation process.”

Since February 2025, Serhiy Kyslytsia was the first deputy minister of foreign affairs of Ukraine. Before that, he was the permanent representative of Ukraine at the UN for five years.
