The GUR published a video in which the commander of the “Timur Special Unit” reports to the head of the GUR, Lieutenant General Kyryl Budanov. Kapustin is also present at the video meeting.
Budanov was informed that they had identified the perpetrators of the crime from the Russian special services and the perpetrators. Money allocated by the special services of the Russian Federation for the implementation of the crime was also received.
“As of now, the commander of the RDK is on the territory of Ukraine and is preparing to fulfill the assigned tasks,” Budanov reported.
