The death of a man at the distribution point of the TCC of Kyiv: there they say that he fainted and “hit his head on the hard floor”

The specified citizen was indeed mobilized by the Podilsky TCC and SP on October 18, 2025. After passing all established procedures on October 19, he was taken to distribution point and was included in the team for further transfer to the 71st separate hunting brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During the briefing by representatives of part of the conscripts about the brigade and future service, the man lost consciousness, fell and hit his head on the hard floor. This happened in front of many witnesses – servicemen and conscripts. The victim was immediately hospitalized at Kyivska city clinical emergency medical hospital”. Details: The TCC also emphasizes that the employees of the Podil Police Department, based on the results of the survey in the premises of the distribution point and in the hospital, preliminarily established that the man lost consciousness, fell and hit his head. It was not possible to interview the injured person himself, as he was in a coma at the time. In general, it is reported that more than a dozen military and civilian witnesses were interviewed: “There were no facts that would testify to the commission of any illegal actions against the specified conscript during the interview.” Instead, it is noted that a soldier of the DSHV brigade provided him with first aid and called an ambulance. Literally: “According to the VLK representatives, all medical specialists during the examination recognized the conscript as fit for military service. According to the data of the Kyiv City Emergency Medical Hospital, all the doctors who conducted the examination also noted “fit” without any diagnoses. Since there were no health complaints from the citizen, he was not sent for further examination.” Details: It is also reported that the case is currently requested by law enforcement agencies for a detailed investigation of the circumstances.
