The Center for Combating Disinformation denied information that employees of the embassies of the United States, Great Britain, France, and Germany, as well as representatives of Belgium, the Netherlands, and Scandinavian countries, allegedly left Ukraine.
“All employees of foreign diplomatic missions continue to perform their duties on the ground,” said the CPD with reference to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
The message of the CPD emphasizes that the purpose of this fake is to sow panic in Ukrainian society.

The threat of shelling of the government quarter. People’s deputies confirmed that the meeting of the Verkhovna Rada has been postponed, the committees will not work
On November 20, the embassies of the United States, Greece, Spain, and Italy were closed to visitors after a warning from the United States “serious” risk of large-scale shelling.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine stated that on the 1001st day of the full-scale invasion, the threat of Russian shelling is as relevant as in the previous thousand days, and partners should respond “without any additional information injection”.
The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, commented on the rumors of a massive Russian attack in his evening address on November 20.
“Today there were many nerves and questions about some special danger. Although we have already experienced many cruel and vile blows from Russia during this time. You should always pay attention to the air alarm. We have such a neighbor who is crazy. Today, on the 1,001st day of full-scale war, Russia is just as crazy as it was on the 1,000th day, and on February 24,” the president said.
In the evening of November 20, Ms. Bridget Brink, the United States Ambassador to Ukraine, said that the US Embassy has already resumed work.
NV sources in the US embassy said the closure of the mission was related to the threat of a combined attack by drones and missiles, not to the increase in Russia’s nuclear rhetoric.
Commenting on the statement of the American embassy, the head of the Center for countering disinformation of the NSDC, Andriy Kovalenko, noted that the Russian Federation has accumulated many missiles for a new massive shelling of Ukraine.
The Internet also spread unverified information that the Russian Federation could hit Ukraine with an RS-26 Rubezh medium-range missile. Defense Express stated that a combat launch of this missile is unlikely.
On November 21, Russia struck the Dnieper with a ballistic missile with probable characteristics on the border of medium and intercontinental range, but without a warhead.
