Details: The lawyers reported that on April 3, the Kirovograd District Court allowed Chervinsky to return the passport for traveling abroad. Earlier, the Kyiv Pechersk Court did not continue to wear an electronic control.

According to Josipov, Chervinsky was allowed to return the passport so that the protection party could not complain to the European Court of Human Rights. “Rather, in order to try to minimize the grounds for appeals to the ECtHR than for the true purpose of Chervinsky’s rights, the court partially granted the request and refused to continue the obligation to deposit a passport for traveling abroad,” Josipov said.
According to “Public”, the Kirovograd District Court continued Chervinsky a measure of restraint for 60 days.
Prosecutor Victor Kobets said that Chervinsky should perform his duties, including: to come to court, to report a change of place of residence, to refrain from communicating with witnesses and victims in criminal proceedings.
