Details: On January 8, 2026, the Appeals Chamber of the State Security Council partially satisfied the appeal of the prosecutor of the SAP against the decision of the State Security Council of December 9, 2025 on the application of a preventive measure to the People’s Deputy of Ukraine, who was exposed together with other persons for inciting the granting of illegal benefits for the application of NSDC sanctions to a competitor company.

Thus, the court increased the bail from UAH 3,28,000 to UAH 4,000,000.
At the same time, the AP VAKS, based on the appeal of the defense party, changed the procedural duties assigned to the suspect, namely canceled the obligation to wear an electronic means of control.
In the other part, the panel of judges of AP VAX left unchanged the decision of the investigating judge of VAX.
It is indicated that the decision of the AP VAX enters into force from the moment of its announcement, is final and is not subject to appeal.
Prehistory:
- On the morning of December 5, 2025, it became known that the Security Service of Ukraine, NABU and SAP had exposed an organized criminal group in Kyiv, which was headed by People’s Deputy of Ukraine from the “For the Future” party Hanna Skorokhod.
- Nardepka Skorokhod is accused of creating a criminal group that offered a businessman for $250,000 to organize the imposition of NSDC sanctions on a competitor company.
- Skorokhod confirmed the information about the searches in her apartment and called them “direct pressure on the opposition”.
- The National Anti-corruption Bureau published a video of Hanna Skorokhod, member of the “For the Future” people’s parliament, with a man from whom she demands money and threatens.
- Later, Skorokhod stated about “outright falsification” on the part of law enforcement officers. At court Skorokhod said that she was “shit all over the country.”
- December 9 the court chose bail in the amount of more than three million hryvnias for Nardepka. On December 14, the lawyer stated that withand the People’s Deputy was given bail by a “third party”.
