The decision concerns the Voice of America, Radio Free Asia, Middle East Language Network (MBN).
The Court refused the same security for Radio/Radio Liberty (RFERL) and the Open Technologies (OTF) in view of their current status.
Earlier this month, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty has submitted an updated urgent request to the US District Court in Washington to oblige the US agency from the Global Media (USAGM) to pay Radio Liberty Funds for Congress for April.
