Details: It is reported that the High Anti-Corruption Court partially satisfied the lawsuit of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office to declare the assets of the family of the former head of one of the regional territorial recruitment and social support centers unfounded. According to UP, it is about Gennady Yaremenko.

It is about:
- a house with a land plot worth more than 1.8 million hryvnias and 253 thousand hryvnias, respectively;
- two cars registered to the official’s wife;
- 20 thousand US dollars, acquired by him together with his wife.
The court ruled that the house with a plot of land, as well as the cost of one of the cars — UAH 786,000 — should be deducted from the state’s income.
An analysis of the income and expenses of the official and his family proved that it was impossible to purchase this property at the expense of legal income. It was also established that the assets were purchased with cash, while the family mostly spent confirmed income in cashless form.
The verification of other officials is ongoing, the SBI notes.
The court’s decision can be appealed within 30 days from the date of its full text.
