Details: In the Dnieper, on January 27, a preparatory meeting in the case of People’s Deputy Mykola Tyshchenko and the former fighter of the special unit “Kraken” Dmitry Masohi. Until December 23, Tishchenko was under house arrest. Then the court did not have time to continue his precaution.
At the current meeting, Tyshchenko was present with a video communication, and another accused, Bogdan Pisarenko, also arrived in court.
The prosecutor asked Tyshchenko a preventive measure because there are several risks – in particular, he may be hiding from law enforcement agencies and threatening witnesses. It was a round -the -clock house arrest.
Instead, the People’s Deputy stated that he did not violate the requirements and systematically appeared at the hearing on video communication. Instead, law enforcement officers, he said, “behave shamefully.”
Tishchenko’s direct language: “Law enforcement officers come to me now, in the amount of 7, 12, 15 people. They hang out on homes, scare the residents of my house, distribute unreliable information about me, ask ACMHs to provide video with my movements without having any documents Without even presenting.
