Recall:
- The Agreement on the Creation of a Special Tribune on Aggression Crime was signed in the Council of Europe building in Strasbourg on June 25 during the first visit of President Vladimir Zelensky to this organization.
- The future special tribunal will allow investigations against the highest leadership of the state, which is usually protected by personal immunities, but the sentences will be possible only after the loss of positions.
- On July 1, President of Ukraine Zelensky signed documents for ratification of the agreement.
