The explanatory note states that during 2024 more than 6 million conscripts did not specify their personal data, as required by the law on strengthening mobilization. The non -performance of this data without valid reasons in 2024 is an administrative offense, for which a fine is provided from UAH 17,000 to UAH 25,500.
The new law stipulates that the military will be able to apply to the authorized bodies and pay a fine for 50% less than 10 days from the date of its imposition.
Instead of 17 thousand hryvnias, only 8.5 thousand will need to be paid. Thus, a person pleads guilty. The discount payment can be submitted in writing or through the Reserve+System.
After submission of the application, the head of the shopping center checks it within three days and makes a resolution on the case.
The Verkhovna Rada adopted the bill in the first reading on January 9.
