Klymenko’s direct speech: “The night was difficult. Russia again hit civilian infrastructure with drones and missiles. 10 regions were under attack. In most of them, there were direct hits on residential buildings, power plants, railways. More than two dozen buildings were damaged in Kyiv region, Dnipropetrovsk region, Zhytomyr region and Lviv region.”

Details: According to him, at least 8 people were injured: 3 – in Kyiv region; 3 – in Dnipropetrovsk region; 2 – in Lviv Oblast.
In Fastov, the enemy destroyed the building of the railway station. In Lutsk, Dnipro and Bila Tserkva, rescuers are extinguishing thousands of square meters of warehouses with food and medicine.
Liquidation of fires at energy facilities in Kyiv region and Lviv region continues.
Almost 500 rescuers and about 200 policemen are involved in the work.
The most difficult points are large fires at warehouses in Lutsk, Dnipro and Bila Tserkva. Robotic complexes and aviation of the State Emergency Service work there.
In his post, Zelensky noted that the main targets of the strikes are again energy. “The goal of the Russians is to hurt millions of Ukrainians, and they have sunk so low that they launch missiles at peaceful cities on St. Nicholas Day,” he said.
He emphasized that this is why additional pressure is needed. “Sanctions must work, and so must our air defense, and therefore we must maintain the support of defenders of life. Thank you to everyone who works for this,” the president added.

In total, the Air Force’s radio engineering troops detected and escorted 704 air attack vehicles – 51 missiles (17 of them “ballistic”) and 653 UAVs of various types.
According to preliminary data, as of 10:00 a.m., anti-aircraft defense shot down and suppressed 615 air targets.
