According to the investigation, the victim, an employee of the company of critical infrastructure, which had the current booking, came to the institution to update its data. After that, he was sent to the official, who, being dissatisfied with his behavior, began to force him to refuse to book. Subsequently, the former subordinate joined her, and together they used physical force to the man.
The State Bureau of Investigation informed both persons on suspicion of exceeding their official powers by a military official, which caused significant damage committed in the conditions of martial law by a group of persons (Part 1 of Article 28, Part 5 of Article 426-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). They face up to 12 years in prison.
Earlier, the Rivne City Court was taken into custody without the right of pledge to the former head of the Rivne CCC, who is suspected of promoting evading mobilization. This is the fourth suspicion: he was accused of beating a soldier and illegal enrichment. He faces up to 12 years in prison.
