Tesla plans to run robotsi on June 22 2025 – Musk

TESLA CEO Ilon Musk said that the company’s robots service starts in Austin, Texas, June 22, 2025, and the first route – from the Tesla plant to the client’s house – is scheduled for June 28. In a post on X, he also noted that the date of launch of robotsi may change due to increased safety requirements.

Tesla is already testing Model y with a new version of Full Self-DRIVING (FSD) that works without a person behind the wheel. Musk recently posted a video from Austin, where robotsi passes the intersection on his own and stops before pedestrians. In the first stages, a small fleet (10-20 cars) will be used, and the movement will be restricted. The system will be controlled by Tesla staff remotely.

This project is not only a technological breakthrough, but also an element of the public image of Ilona Mask. Recall that the billionaire previously spent about $ 300 million on the Donald Trump campaign and headed the government department that reduced regulatory bodies, including those controlled by Tesla. However, there was a conflict between Musk and Trump: Musk criticized new legislation, threatened to stop the use of Dragon’s spaceship, and even supported impeachment. Although he later confessed that he was sorry.

By the way, against the backdrop of the capture of Tesla fans launching robotsi, some activists are preparing for protests. In particular, the Dawn Project in collaboration with Tesla Takedwn and Resist Austin announced a demonstration for June 12 to pay attention to the dangers associated with Autopilot and Full Self-Driving (Supervised).
