Temporary technical failures occurred in the Reserve+Appendix. Users began to report problems in large numbers, and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine was also officially confirmed by them.

The Ministry’s statement also states that experts are already working to eliminate the problem. The application should be stabilized within a few hours.

At the time of technical problems, the Ministry of Defense advises to use the PDF version of a military accounting document if necessary.
