TCC the problem of mobilization will not solve

Yes, it’s strange, but a fact. Now that the army so screaming needs replenishment, when Russia is constantly increasing the living power of its hordes – in fact, in our country there is no one who would really engage in the policy of involving people in the army.

The Tax Code is not a state body that has the authority to pursue some policy in the field of mobilization or recruitment. He, according to lawmakers, is only a performer who processes the flow of mobilized and recruits. And this flow should be generated by a certain state policy in this field, a certain set of measures.

TCC works with a result “mobilization policy. ” But this policy itself is not implemented by anyone.

But for some reason it happened that everyone is waiting for the CCC to solve mobilization problems. The army, which in general should deal with the issues of the front, made the extreme in the process concerning the rear, the organization of life of the whole country.

All expect from the shopping center to solve mobilization problems

Imagine: at the command point of the troops, the commander sits, he gives combat orders around the clock – for example, to transfer the artillery, the UAV units at the junction of two brigades near Pokrovsk, where the Russian offensive is going now. And in parallel, he must think of how the CCC is to fulfill the plans for mobilization, in conditions where there are no proper incentives or true punishments for the mobilized.

Nonsense? Absurdity?

No, it’s a reality. The name of this commander is drapled. He simultaneously commands the front on the front, controls a whole native of troops (Land) and at the same time should be engaged in ensuring the forces of Ukraine’s defense forces with new personnel.

Is it normal? What, there are no more public administration professionals in the country who could take this question? Is it except for the warlords of Syrsky and Drapyat, no one has time to do it now? Needless to drop it on those who are now fighting 24 to 7?

Mobilization is a huge set of measures that need to be taken, and on which there is neither authority nor opportunities in the army. Because she knows, now a little busy.

For example, there is a critical need to study moods in society, to make sociology, including deep. Is the task of the General Staff?

Financial plans should also be considered, because material promotion is an important factor in recruiting. This can be done by the Ministry of Finance, the National Bank, the Ministry of Economy. But they are not in the General Staff.

Or it is necessary to give a sharp law enforcement system, which is now self -removed from the punishment of evil, scenes and deserters – can the General Staff do it?

Or should sanctions against these categories be applied – such as the arrest of property, etc. – can the General Staff, not the courts with the prosecutor’s office and other law enforcement agencies? Courts, prosecutors, DBR and Beb from NABU are not units of the General Staff.

Or still a living example – you need to recruit foreigners massively, there are tens of thousands of those who want. But they cannot get into Ukraine, because the specific assistance of the Foreign Ministry is needed. And the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is not subordinate to the General Staff.

It is necessary for someone higher in the state to take responsibility, coordinated the work of the Cabinet of Ministers, the NSDC, the Verkhovna Rada, dozens of state bodies and institutions. The General Staff here, with all authority, is not enough.

And then, there will be interesting, previously unprecedented things. It may be that the country is not so tired of the war, that its top and bottom are still ready to give a proper resource, to block not only current needs, but also to allow them to temporarily relax to those who have been fighting for the fourth year for the fourth year?
