The Tax Code reports that, according to preliminary information on August 24, 2025, a group of alerting RTC and JV together with the National Police Street on Ivan Nechuy-Levitsky Street stopped a citizen to check the availability of military accounting documents. Contrary to the requirements of the current legislation, which provides for the need for Ukrainian citizens aged 18 to 60 years of age to have military documents with them, this person did not have such documents with him, the military emphasized.
It is stated that the citizen was offered to drive to the RTC to clarify the data. He refused and began to behave aggressively, attacked by RTC and JV and provoking a fight. After that, according to the CCC, one of the representatives of the alert group to stop the illegal acts and to stop the fight made one shot with a idle cartridge up. This forced the offender to stop the attack, after which he rushed.
There are no victims of civilians, military and representatives of the National Police of Ukraine, the Tax Code emphasized.
