Details: It is noted that having access to the automated information system “Oberig” and using its own electronic digital signature, the official arbitrarily entered in the Register information about the alleged recognition of men unsuitable for military service by the decision of the Military Medical Commission. In fact, none of them passed the VLK, and did not even appear to the territorial center.

Among the persons who were illegally written off are the brother of the serviceman himself. Some of these men have already left the boundaries of Ukraine, others are currently hiding, law enforcement officers report.
The investigation establishes the motives for the unlawful actions of the employee of the Tax Code, as well as the location of men illegally excluded from military accounting.
The serviceman was informed of suspicion of unauthorized change of information in automated systems, obstruction of the legitimate activity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations in a special period.
