What is needed to cook ribs in the oven

    How to cook beef ribs in the oven

    Since the beef ribs are stiffer than pork, they are perfect for slower and lower heating.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 grille raw ribs at room temperature
    • About 1 cup of spice mixture
    • About 1 cup of barbecue sauce
    • 5 tablespoons of honey mustard
    • 1 tablespoon of liquid smoke (Recommended)

    Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 140 degrees.
