According to the court’s decision, the husband’s property and the property seized during the search will be seized.
In particular, the court imposed a seizure on: 40 thousand dollars; 6.3 thousand dollars; 6 mobile phones; cars belonging to Tymoshenko’s husband (Toyota Land Cruiser, Audi A8 and GAZ); two garages in Dnipro; system unit; draft records.
The judge refused to seize the funds in Tymoshenko’s personal account. He argued that this is the only source of income of the nardepeka, so the imposition of arrest would be excessive.
Tymoshenko’s lawyer stated that the defense does not agree with the decision of the Supreme Administrative Court. “Therefore, we will challenge it (the court’s decision, editor’s note) in appeals,” he said.
Before that TImoshenko said that she will file a complaint with the law enforcement agencies about the actions of the detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the prosecutors of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office.
