This is the result of combat work, which significantly reduced the offensive capabilities of the enemy. And this is the result that is tempered in our training centers.
Therefore, we are working on further improvement of the quality of training. I listened to the reports of the heads of the training centers regarding the implementation of the program for the adaptation of new recruits at training grounds, the organization of air cover for training sites, the construction and equipment of shelters.
In addition, we must raise the bar and achieve better indicators regarding the level of instructors and their attitude to their work, as well as the equipment of training centers and training grounds, safety, social and living conditions.
Therefore, I set the task of strengthening control over the condition of training centers and the quality of training both in training centers and in brigades.”
Details: The general noted that as part of the control, the audit of the quality of basic combined military training should be continued, which will be regularly conducted in training units and combat brigades from the fall of 2025.
