At a meeting of the Ukraine-NATO Council, the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Oleksandr Syrskyi, stated that a significant deficit in air defense means prevents the Armed Forces from adequately protecting the civilian population and critical infrastructure.
