Details: It should be noted that Sybiga spoke before the ministers first – according to the agreement between European colleagues, who gave up their place to Ukraine.

The Minister drew attention to the fact that in recent months, Russia lost four important elections in international organizations – to the ICAO Council, the UNESCO Executive Council, the OPCW Executive Council and the International Maritime Organization Council.
“Countries around the world do not consider Russia a partner in solving global problems. After all, Moscow is the root cause of global problems. There is also no reason to believe that Russia can be a partner here – in the OSCE,” Sibiga said.
He added that “there should be no place at this table for war criminals.”
“195,000 war crimes. 671 children killed and more than 2,000 wounded. Torture, rape and systematic violations of human rights. All this must stop,” said the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He also called on the OSCE to carry out a reform which Ukraine offered earlier.
“The time has come for the organization to adapt to new realities. The reform of the OSCE, which we proposed last year, remains on the agenda,” the minister noted.
It is worth noting that after the start of the full-scale invasion of Russia, Ukraine regularly calls on the organization to restart, in particular, excluding the Russian Federation.
