In early September, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Russian troops were again concentrating against Ukrainian energy. He announced the answer to these blows, but noted that the main thing is the stability of the system.
Also on September 1 there was a meeting of the Supreme Commander -in -Chief, dedicated to preparation for the heating season. Among other things, the protection of networks and energy in frontline and border communities, reserve support was discussed.
