CNN adds that the Trump Ambassador to Ukraine has Kit Kelloggi among those who contacted Zelensky.

As of Tuesday evening (local time – ed.), One of the White House officials informed CNN that the agreement with Ukraine on rare minerals has not yet been signed.

US Finance Minister Scott Bessent, who is directly involved in the discussion of the Agreement, said that it is not planned to sign it to Trump’s speech, which is scheduled for about 9:00 pm in Eastern time (at 4 am at Kiev – Ed.).

However, the White House Representative states that the Trump administration is convinced that negotiations to restore the mineral production agreement “are moving in the right direction”.

According to the official, Trump, who plans to touch the topic of wars abroad, including the war between Ukraine and Russia during his speech, seeks to declare an agreement on Ukrainian minerals.

That preceded: On Tuesday, Zelensky wrote in X (Twitter) that Ukraine is ready to sign the agreement and noted that he was “annoying” because of a meeting in the oval office.

According to Reuters, it is unclear whether the agreement has changed compared to the version that they had to sign on Friday.

On Monday, Trump made it clear that his administration remains open to sign the agreement.
