According to DBR materials, the Lebedinsky District Court of Sumy Oblast has appointed 10 years in prison for a serviceman who assigned equipment intended for assault company for more than UAH 4.5 million.

The court found the man guilty under Part 4 of Art. 410 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (appropriation of military property in the conditions of martial law) and satisfied the civil claim for damages.
