Details: Fedorov named several areas that the Ministry of Defense needs to work on right now:
- basic support of drone units;
- supply: the military must receive effective weapons that work here and now;
- and analytics and efficiency.
Regarding the latter, according to Fedorov, Sternenko’s expertise will help.
Direct speech: “Now, only 50 units out of 400 provide about 70% of all enemy damage.
Our goal is to help the other 350 grow quickly and greatly increase the scale of destroying the Russians. Additional training, analysis of operations, exchange of experience – we will improve all processes, relying on high-quality data from the front and feedback from the military.”
