Tomorrow in Miami, the Ukrainian delegation will discuss security guarantees and economic assistance of up to 800 billion dollars with American partners, which they can sign at the forum in Davos. Ambassador of Ukraine to the USA Stefanishyna informed about this.

“We are working on two key documents – agreements on security guarantees and economic prosperity of Ukraine with a total volume of up to 800 billion dollars, which can be signed at the World Economic Forum in Davos,” she wrote on Facebook.

According to her, the purpose of the visit is to finalize these agreements with the USA so that they meet the national interests of Ukraine as much as possible.

Earlier today, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the Ukrainian team – NSDC Secretary Rustem Umyerov, Head of the Office of the President Kyrylo Budanov, and leader of the Servant of the People faction David Arahamiya – is now on its way to the United States. Last week, Zelensky reported that the bilateral document on security guarantees for Ukraine is “actually ready” for finalization at the highest level with the US president.

The visit of the Ukrainian delegation takes place against the background of the recent statement of US President Donald Trump that it is Ukraine, not Russia, that is delaying the conclusion of a potential peace agreement.

The other day, the Bloomberg agency reported that the special representative of the United States, Steve Witkoff, and the son-in-law of President Trump, Jared Kushner, are planning a visit to Moscow.

On January 6, negotiations of the “Coalition of the Willing” took place in Paris regarding the plan to end the Russian-Ukrainian war and guarantees for Ukraine. The special representative of the US President Steve Witkoff and Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner joined the meeting.

As a result of the meeting, the Paris Declaration on “reliable security guarantees for a strong and lasting peace in Ukraine” was published, which, in particular, provides for the deployment of multinational forces in Ukraine after the cessation of hostilities “with the proposed support of the United States.”
