Novospaske, Ulyanovsk region, Russian Federation; • Budenovsk Gas Processing Plant, Budenovsk, Stavropol Territory, Russian Federation. Explosions and fires were recorded on the territory of the facilities. Hits are also confirmed by local residents. It is noted that the Mariy Oil Refinery is a critical infrastructural facility for the Republic of Mariy El. The plant produces 10 types of oil products. The processing capacity reaches 1.6 million tons of oil per year. Novospassky Refinery produces the main types of petroleum products, such as diesel fuel, gasoline and fuel oil. The capacity of the plant is 600,000 tons of oil per year. Budenovsky Gas Refinery has a design capacity of 2.2 billion cubic meters of gas per year. It provides gas to the Budyonivska CHP plant, PJSC Lukoil enterprises in the region and is a source of raw materials for the petrochemical industry.
