The 65-year-old man, using his page, which is open for viewing by an unlimited number of users, posted publications in which he actively spread information about the support of communist ideology. Posted images of the USSR flag and portraits of Lenin and Stalin
In addition, it is noted that even during the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, the man justified and denied Russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine in pro-Russian chat rooms.
The investigators informed the man that he was suspected of having committed a criminal offense, provided for in part. 2 Art. 436-1, Part 3 Art. 436-2 (production, distribution of communist symbols; justification, recognition as legitimate, denial of armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants) KKU
The pre-trial investigation has been completed. The investigators sent an indictment against the man to the court.
