Microsoft introduced the first cloud PC completely designed for Windows 365 services.
Microsoft says Windows 365 Link helps resolve sign-in, peripheral incompatibilities, and latency issues experienced by virtualized users.
“It’s compact, lightweight and designed to maximize productivity. … Booting up takes seconds and waking up from sleep mode is instant, allowing users to quickly pick up or pick up where they left off on their cloud PC,” Microsoft said in a blog post.
The PC has a square shape and miniature dimensions (12 centimeters in width, 3 centimeters in height). It supports two 4K monitors, Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 and has four USB ports and an Ethernet port for seamless connectivity to wired and wireless peripherals.
PU sales will begin in April 2025. The price of such a PC is $349.
